ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: 1 hour of professionally supervised gymnastics. This includes tumbling, obstacle courses, balance beam, vaulting, uneven parallel bars, parachute, games, and more! 1 hour for refreshments and gift opening.

WE WILL SUPPLY: Decorations and table settings appropriate for your chosen theme. Please call the office for available themes. If your child chooses a theme that we do not carry, you may supply the theme at your own cost.

YOU MAY SUPPLY: Refreshments (pizza, cake, ice cream, drink, etc., and party favors) are the parents responsibility. Tables and chairs are provided for gifts and refreshments. A refrigerator, freezer, and microwave are available for use.

Parents of the birthday child are asked to remain at the facility during the entire party. During the gymnastics hours, all parents, and non-participating children are asked to remain in the lobby. After the gymnastics hour is completed, our instructors will be more than happy to assist with refreshments. Just a reminder - all parties start and end promptly. A $10.00 charge will be added for each 15 minutes that the party runs over.

Birthday Party Parents & Guests

Thank you for choosing Farmington Gymnastics for your child's birthday. We would like to go over some rules and policies of Farmington Gymnastics Center that will keep your birthday party a positive experience for you, your guests and also us!

Birthday Party Rules and Policies:

1. Please make sure that each of the children you invite is provided with a Waiver and Consent Form. This form must be signed by the guests' parents/guardians and turned in the day of the party in order for them to participate. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILTIY to make sure all consent forms are signed. ALSO, please help the birthday party staff person in collection of these forms.
2. The party child and all guests must be at least age 3 turning 4, unless the party is a pre-arranged Parent and Tot Party.
3. At NO TIME are ADULTS ALLOWED IN THE GYM. UNLESS, the instructor asks for parental help. If the instructor ALLOWS parents into the gym, please make sure ALL SHOES are OFF before entering the gym. ALSO, ADULTS ARE NEVER ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT AND PLEASE NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE GYM. THE GYM HAS A LARGE AMOUNT OF MATTING AND SOFT AREAS, HOWEVER; THERE ARE A LOT OF UNEVEN SURFACES — SO PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP ! Parents of the party child will be allowed into the gym to take pictures, please see coach for SAFETY instructions. Parents are WELCOME to watch from the lobby and wait in the Birthday Party room.
4. No food or drinks are allowed in the gym. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and ours to be observant of these situations.
5. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
6. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
7. NO GLASS OF ANY KIND is allowed in the building.
8. Please listen and follow all directions given by the instructor(s).
9. The maximum amount of children for a party with ONE instructor is 10, and the maximum for a party with TWO instructors is 20 (these counts include the birthday child).
10. Parties start and end promptly. There is a $10.00 charge for each 15 minutes that the party runs over.
